Incorrect Chain Lightning Interaction and Doomhammer Resists

From what I can tell on live Doomhammer does not disarm the user if the DD portion resists. It was suggested perhaps it was a potential coding flaw on live but no confirmation. I've tried to find old footage of Doom Hammer resisting but have yet to find any. I went on live to test it, and currently it does not disarm when the proc resists as I remembered.

As for Chain lightning live had adjusted it within the last couple of years to be an uninterruptable cast with a higher delve instead of instant with a lower delve. My issue with chain is how the damage is delivered on Eden comparatively. On Live both current casted version and prior instant variant had dealt the inital damage and all the bounce damage immediately.

These are two videos of how chain damage should be dealt both current live casted version and a 2013 pov with the old instant variant. Currently on Eden chainlightning bounces have a delay between bounces. I believe this delay is not a mechanic live has or had.
