Unable to redeem Caer Sidi Soul Satchel

Redeemed from the Mid solo quest, I have two with the same issue. I tried moving it, giving to my alts, same issue. Same with adding to hotbar and clicking or trying to /use.

Ask a GM to replace it for you
Reuse Timer on Satchels from Deserters

Hi!
I just did my deserter quest, collected my reward (Caer Sidi Soul Satchel) and upon hitting /use it showed me that I'd have to wait 1,666,666 minutes.
Restarting the game has not fixed this and nothing out of the ordinary was done to recreate this issue.
