Dragon-Shadow Sword in mid has wrong proc

Dragon-shadow sword in midgard should have a -56 value str/con debuff. Tested it in a duel with a friend and it was actually GIVING him +56 str/con.
Reproducing the bug is simple, equip dragon-shadow sword, swing on unbuffed target, you'll see it actually grants 56 str/con, not subtracts it. If they have str/con buff it chain resists over and over stating the the "target already has that effect, spell fails".
