XP off did not turn off exp... (screenshot included, requesting level demote)

Hello Devs/GMs,
1) I leveled to level 9
2) I turned off my exp to make sure it was off
3) When I spoke to my trainer it level me to 10 (despite exp off)
4) Screenshot included
Can this be fixed and can I Please be demoted back to level 9, I wanted to stay level 9 with my current titles in my bg please...
