Cannot SC or Put Procs on

So I made some armor for my friend and SCed it. Then I gave it to him to wear until He figured out what Procs he wanted. But in the meantime he reskinned his armor. So now he cannot open a trade window for me to put Procs on. I’m sure this will be the same if he needed me to SC them. Once an item is reskinned it cannot be put in a trade window for SC or Alchemy procs
