Armor Padding

Hi,
My toon is 4L1 and i reskined at the Equipment Pattern Crafter for my armor. After reset or logging out i discovered that the armor padding was not properly displaying on my character. I have to buy it again to have it displayed again. I should mentioned it seems to work fine on Chest piece but not on gloves & boots. I use Reinforced pieces.
I don't know if this was brought to attention.
