COC quest bugged. Please help.

I have completed all the steps of COC, cave of cruachan. (for CL5)
Checked journal and it said 1/1 for all of them, also got credit for last boss.
Didn't turn it in right away, coz of back to back raids.
After relog the journal says I have to do it all again from the start, showng 0/1 on all of the list.
Need help please.
