Phantom damage

Hi,
Yesterday I received a lot of phantom damage, for example from DF mobs in a SI area but mostly RvR damage in PvE zones and even died once in the relic town due to RvR damage. Most damage seemed to be random bleeds/poisons. They did not interrupt me in what I was doing, but were reducing my life. Attached an example picture from while I was in varulvhamn.
