Spell duration no longer affecting "Fury"

A couple of weeks ago spell duration stopped affecting the duration of the heavy tank lvl 50 ability "Fury".
- equip 25% spell duration -> activate fury -> 20 seconds duration

the lvl 40 heavy tank ability "Bolster" is affected by spell duration and lasts 25 seconds with duration gear equipped.
