1st page of Items Recovery NPC blank

Screenshots are attached. Time zone is EST so this happened shortly before 12:55 EST. I accidentally ran the moveitem command on a bag and sold it. The first page of the Items Recovery NPC is blank, while the 2nd page seems to contain items. I logged out to the character selection screen, logged back in and it persisted. I also logged out of the client and back in with the same result. I logged into another toon and the items do appear in the first page for that toon.
