What do you think?

You have a 4,2 speed weapon in mainhand and a 4,3 speed in offhand.
Can you really get to 1,5 sec. swing speed with these weapons?
Or am i reading that wrong?

You would need Celerity buff

Is there an item that has cele buff?

Even with that it is hard to believe you can get you swing speed low enough.
But i could be wrong will test it one day.

I looked at speed calculator with both weapons 4.2 and 4.3.

based on 250 quickness
9% melee speed
20% haste
17% celerity

the speed comes out at 1.45s

could you provide the name of the leather items to craft? are the sleeves dragonsworn or enhanced leather?

The sleeves are normal no extra stat on them as they were not needed.
