Incorrect level of proc for items along with wrong proc on flesh-bound staff

currently Ancile of Mars is using an incorrect proc level being level 45. The proc has always been level 24. https://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=32562

Also Flesh-Bound Staff is level 45 proc which should be level 24, as well as on Eden it is using a cold proc and on live it has always been a level 24 disease proc.
