Iago the Emerald Merchant far from DF

I stumbled upon Iago <Emerald Merchant> in a different guise -- as a Gurite in the Lough Gur camp where Tiomid spawns. Targeting shows him as a merchant who is aggressive to me. I don't know whether he is also in DF as he's supposed to be, but this looks incorrect.
