Skald CL10 Weapons missing Glowy Effects

Title says it all. Have tried all weapon variants, both 1h and 2h, and its just the exact same as the CL5 skins w no Glowy effects.
The effects should match the rest of the martial class effects (War, Zerk, Savage, Thane) so it should be an easy fix.
