Items not in inventory or on ground

Hi,
dont know if someone else have this problem or even if it exists
Yesterdy i went farming a short time in Malmohus . When there is a drop after a kill it is not in my inventory or on the ground. It happens 3 Times in a row. I relogged but the Problem was not solved.
Maybe others have the same Problem? Otherwise sorry
