Patch Cleared Completed Quest

Good morning wonderful staff,
With the patch on 1/10/23 that added rewards to the Iarn Dungeon Explorer quest, it cleared my completed version of the quest and replaced it with a fully incomplete version. I ran to the quest giver and he does not have the blue icon over his head to receive my reward and I unfortunately never did.
Is there any assistance you can provide? I was informed by Frida to post in the bug forums.
