Spell Focus affect SPEC Line

Actually, it's look like "Spell focus" you have natively on staff, affect spell on spec line ( Mentalism in my test )
it seems to me that this game mechanic should only affect the base line spells and not the spec ones
- Spell used => Phantom Ressucitation
- Step to reproduce =>
1. Equip a staff with all focus spell line +50,
2. Cast Phantom Ressucitation
3. count the number of spell you can cast ( 28 for me )
4. Equipe 1h weapon without spell focus or anything else
5. Cast Phantom Ressucitation
6. count the number of spell you can cast ( 14 now for me with the same power pool amount )
