GC Remove Account

Removes every toon on the account from all guilds, not just the guild that the commands being used in.

Was in guild X with all toons. Left guild X with two toons. Joined guild Y with both. Guild master of guild X /gc removeaccount remaining toons in guild X. Toon that was logged on and in guild Y was removed by this command. Toon that was not logged in and in guild Y was not removed from guild Y.
