Eden-DAoC

The "Dragon Strength Mythirian" with +2% block / parry does not increase my block chance on my Healer. /bonuses shows 5% Block chance before and after equipping it. This seems inconsistent with the CL 11% Parry buff, which when used then goes from 11% to 13% with equipped Mythirian. I can add screenshots unless this interaction is intentional like this.

Did you go out of your way to NOT include the screenshots?
