BD Lich commander - cast vs melee prio

Very frequently when changing targets, especially between pulls, the lich commander will prioritize melee over casting. The sub caster pets will behave properly and cast unless they've been interrupted. Typically you need to wait 3-5 seconds between pulls to ensure the lich prioritizes casting over melee.

Lich commander still prioritizes melee over casting when changing targets, often need to wait 3-5s between pulls for it to function properly
