/bg loot handout destroying stacked items

on a dragon raid, I saw 8 skill respec stones dropped. the BG leader did the /bg loot handout command, one person got the stones. I msged them and they said they only got 1 stone. these means 7 stones went POOF! I imagine the same goes true for seals, patterns, etc. please make it so it hands out the whole stacks, or keeps handing out 1 until all given out. TY!
