Eden-DAoC

Adrenaline Rush (lvl 1) on Healer has no effect on base damage.

This was tested against (edit: Test Dummy) PvE mobs and Duels. Have not tested in RVR.

I have not been playing much or monitoring bug reports, so forgive me if this has been addressed already or working as intended.

Any additional testing needed for this? Did not work in PvP either.

Understand this is probably low on the priority list.
