Eden-DAoC

Hi, I have seen that you can shear a Necro pet that got the CL-Buffs from the shade. I know that the buffs a shear able when cast on other players but, should it really work like this for a Necro because a Necro is not a standard Pet class that also can act without a pet like Cabby, SM or Ench.
Is there any why to fix this problem, or please tell me if it is wanted that it work like this, it feels kind of wrong for me.
