completed Mid-Varulvheim dungeon mytharian quest on a troll warrior and myth included 12% slash resist, which seems unintended?

Belt of the Protector (Albion Dartmoor drop) has the Acuity stat twice. According to Allakhazam the 17 Acuity is the wrong one.

Dropped in the Lion's Den... I would love to get Envenom skill on a Hero or be able to use a Celtic Spear as an NS, but failing those I think this is a bug.

It is a know issue that some items sometimes appear with extra stats. The item is not missing anything, see https://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=24574 so please ignore for now.

I craftet a regular Spellcrafter Gem and it became 3 stats insted of 1 stat
