Unusable Twinkling Tiara if bought from other realm

Hello,
Today we went to alb poc as mid because our zf was being f'ked sideways and we needed to buy some items.
I bought the Twinkling Tiara from the alb SH vendor and gave it to my friend shaman.
He told me that it said "can't use item from another realm"
After a short exchange with a discord moderator, it appeared that this is a kind of bug you want to track down, and asked my to the report and gave me the solution
We fixed the item using Realm Scholar without any issue
