Launcher issues

Game has been working great for the last 2 weeks, just now I went link dead waited two mins tried to load the launcher and now the launcher wont even load at all, deleted and reinstalled multiple time launcher still doesnt load at all. Turned off firewall, went into setting and added eden launcher so it shows the app as safe. tried everything that ive been told so far and launcher still wont even load at all.
