Hi,

My wizard Nouka and several others in the bg did not get credit for the quest and therefore was not able to complete it to receive the scrolls.
My issue is the quest did not update to kill final boss instead telling me to use portal behind Legion even after entering.
Merlyn was the bg leader and Necromantics was group leader.
Other have tried relogging to no avail.

I was also one of the players in the same situation, in fact I was in Nouka's group on my Scout - Sorcerer.
I don't have any screenshots of damaging the final boss or the kill, didn't think necessary to do it at the time, the quest journal for this particular quest couldn't be expanded, so hadn't a clue it didn't register the credit until doing a relog back at the king.

You most likely were out of range to deal damage to the mob, read your combat log.
