BG Giant not spawning after token handoff

Happened in Molvik couple minute ago, give Token it pop the message and giant never pop.
It happen quite often in others bg too.
I'm wondering if the giant just teleport somewhere around the keep. Most of the time we will get a message 20-30min later that the giant died even tho , nobody saw him
