Eden-DAoC

Just completed CoC. Came to turn in to King and quest is bugged. Windows says Regeneration of Kings Grants 5% health/endurance/power recovery every 5s for 30s, but I don't see that ability anywhere. Also the weapons for CL5 now have a #2 on them. And the Quest in the Journal is still there, but empty and can't do anything with it. Blue marker still on top of King's head, with nothing to do with it.

The ability is on the item itself.

The only abilities I see are a 75 DD that don't control, and a endurance regen. There is nothing in the second weapon that allows Grants 5% health/endurance/power recovery every 5s for 30s.

Please show me where.

Also, can't remove quest from Journal, and King has blue mark.

It's on the weapon, not the bow
