RA Gem Cost Inaccuracy

When purchasing 1 Ra gem from an Incantation Merchant, it costs the listed price of 29g, 42s, 40c. However, when I buy multiple, it seems to have an issue with the coefficient. 50 pieces costs 1p, 471g, 20s for instance, which is quite the markup at 1000%
