No Galla/Olcasgean Encounter (on Mord BG, 12.12.2022, 21:05pm cet)

Hi there,
our whole Group do not get the encounter, the roots and quest done. We all did dmg on last Boss in Galla.
Many other got same problem.

Ok, AGAIN! Did that Encounter twice now - and did not get that.
Ingamenames of all ppl in Discord who tell me:
-Nolime
-Ellectra
-Falka
-Primefire
-Cookiemonster
-Nidd
PLZ fix that and get us the quest, that we can use that NPC for roots.

I did not get encounter the first time, but one boss was left alive because the raid leader forgot it.
I did get the encounter when the final boss died and all other bosses were down before that.
