Theurgist pets not affected by spell duration

Hello,
So I asked this on discord but didn't get any answer, so I'm just making this bug report to check on this.
During i50 I tried theurgist and noticed that even with max spell durations, theurgist pets were staying alive only for precisely 1 minute.
Is it intended ? I thought theurgist pets were affected by spell duration
