Speed pulse incorrect behavior

Currently on Eden if you use lullaby your speed drops instantly and the enemies drops when the pulse is finished. It does not work this way on Live. The time it takes to get a speed tick also takes double the time on Eden compared to Ywain. I threw together footage from both servers to make comparison easier.

Yes, broadsword messed this up. And previously it was ambiguous. This will not be changed.

Bard instant Amnesia - Instantly dropping the bard speed

Bard Amnesia is bugged on this server and you lose speed instantly instead of having the pulse slowly fade. I'm wondering if that's something that can be fixed or if it's working as intended? I know for a fact this isn't how it works on live servers.

While it cuts the target's speed too, it kind of defeats the purpose of using it on INC for a straight on hit as the interrupt it's supposed to be if you instantly lose speed/your momentum to land a 1500 range spell on a 1875 bolt range mezz from a sorc.

Is there any possibility of this being looked into/changed or will I have to deal with it not being like live?

Here is a plethora of videos from various points in the lifespan of DAoC including old frontiers that demonstrates that you are not supposed to lose speed instantly unless damage is involved. There are many more videos if this is not sufficient.
