It happens very many times that you are re-mesmerized before the mesmerize immunity expires in the same inc and without being died meanwhile. The immunity should theoretically last for 1 minute, isn't it? Though most of times you are re-mesmerized after 20-30 seconds or less (it doesn't seem to be related to different damage type of the mesmerize spell since it happens for example to be re-mesmerized from the same bard in lesser time than immunity duration, anyway the immunity duration should be based on the effect and not on the damage type).
