Wizard AoE Snare Spell

Greetings!
One clear bug, one remark (possible bug):
1. The Wizard level 30 AoE Snare spell named Frosting Tendrils currently is wrongly implemented. It is the same spell as the level 30 AoE DD spell named Burning Cloud.
2. The AoE Snare spells at levels 40 (Numbing Tendrils) and 50 (Freezing Tendrils) and the Single Target Snare spells at levels 9 (Cooling Tendrils) and 19 (Chilling Tendrils) (which do function properly) do not share their 1 minute re-use cooldown.
I do not know if this is intended or not, but I'm sharing it just in case it is not.
