Hi,

Lvl 50 Friar with RA5 (50%)
I went to goblins in Lyo
I massed pulled them
No combat mode but just passive

Below my numbers :
193 mobs successfull attacks
47 mobs missed attacks
11 mobs parried attacks
23 mobs evaded attacks

74 reflex attacks( including the parried/missed/etc. ones )

193+47+11 = 251 total attacks that can trigger RA

RA actual chance seems to be 29%

Am i missing something?

It is normalized for attacker 4.0 weapon speed. Faster weapon less chance, slower weapon more chance.
