The tooltip to rampage reads:
Target gains 100% chance to resist debuff spells for 20 sec.
We tried it in a dual and it behaves differently. Both resist debuffs and stat debuffs can penetrate the ability and land on the target. Sometimes i do get the message "target shrugs of" something. But at least the chance isnt the 100% adverticed in the tooltip.
