Necromancer CL not working as intended

Necromancers are currently unable to cast their CL abilities while in Shade form.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Summon Necro pet
2. Attempt to cast CL ability
3. No spell is cast by the pet

Fixed on next reboot.

Has this been fixed and rebooted? Dont want to post new topic if we are still waiting on the reboot or something.

Yes it was patched but I forgot to lock the thread. Is there an issue?
