Don't remember if it was like that in classic but if the Warden has their AF red highest baseline af buff on me as an Animist, I am unable to cast Grove's Sanctuary AF buff on myself without manually taking off their buff first.

The title and the description does not match.
Title talks about conc overwriting timed, which it doesn't if timed value is superior to conc value
Description talks about timed not being able to overwrite conc, this is correct implementation.
Use /nohelp if you do not want realm players to cast on you.
