On eden Coversion buff absorbs 5% dmg and then heals for 5% endu and power.
Here is a screenshot from ywain i made today.

The magical buffer in the combat logs is from the Dragon's Refuge buff (conversion buff).
It shows only 10% damage absorb and no end or power healing.

Thank you for a proper test. This will be fixed by next patch.
