sputins legacy on char plan shows "30% heal" but according to patch notes it should be a MINIMUM of 30% heal https://www.darkageofcamelot.com/conten ... notes-1108
The minstrel RR5 already has the changes from this patch note (rr5 effecting enemies and not just enemy pets) in effect so not sure which is correct / custom
