Timeless Indigo Mail(Alb) and Veil-Touched Hauberk(Hib) have the wrong value for the HoT proc. It should be 5% but on Eden the value is set to 3%.

Looks like it was a later nerf by BS. Thank you for your report. This has been resolved.

Alb and Hib dragon torso HoT proc have the wrong value
