Eden-DAoC

Archers and casters are able to do to much damage to towers and it would take a zerg less then a minute to raze a tower if the zerg focused the tower itself and not the door.

On a level 1 tower a treb will do 750dmg but on my ranger I can do 499dmg with point blank each hit, on a purple tower I did 140dmg. I was able to take a green tower down 25% in just 50sec on my ranger. I did 5% dmg to a lvl 10 tower in 1m 15sec.

I logged in to pendragon to test the damage I could do to a level 1 tower on live. I was on a trial account so I could not do the test with a ranger like I did on Eden, instead I created a mentalist with full epic and I used a 209dmg nuke.

On pendragon my damage to a level1 tower was capped at 3 damage and I could crit for 1damage. On Eden my ranger is able to do 499dmg with point blank and 72dmg with a CL nuke.
