Ancient Troll Blood, Ancient Giant Blood, Ancient Mirror, Ancient Pure Mercury, and the Enriched Quicksilver drop in stacks of 5 , and Ancient Necrotic Brain Fluid and the Ancient Lich Tooth will drop in stacks of 3.

The drop chances should also be looked into again, Multiple IGN/Postcount forum posts suggest they are common and easily farmed.

They are normalized, as the grab bag explains is the intention.

Since patch 1.85 these should drop in "small stacks of three or more".
