MEM_BAD_POINTER

Hello, I've got a problem with my highest character Mentaiko (39, Mentalist)
I was in Lough Gur, Innis Carthaig and accepted all quests from there, when my game broke down with an error.
Can't log back in, even after a day. Tried rebooting, repatching, everything. All other toons work fine, only this one always crashes the game when I try to log in.

The error seems to come from a program called "SmartHeap Library" and only ready MEM_BAD_POINTER with options to click 'OK' or 'cancel'.
No idea what to do, please help!
