Good evening, tonight I wanted to go to Summoner's Hall because a group was formed but I never managed to join them so I'm wondering how I can go there thank you.

The summoners hall is at the bottom of the passage of conflict (POC). POC is a dungeon inside new frontiers that all three realms have access to.
