Stonehenge Barrow explorer kill task - templar avenger

The templar avenger is on the "Kill list" for Barrows - assuming hes still buggy AF, and with his wierdo aggro mechanic that anyone who has ever done the old Epic quest will know, where he starts neutral, but once aggro, used to run from the bottom of Barrows to kill you if even went inside .. .could he be removed from the list? as if you do it a few times it will make him aggro, and the counter-faction, which is in frontiers, is a PITA to farm .

It would still leave 9 targets to kill
