Please change it to something useful, there is no situation where this skill make any sence.

Some ideas, nothing to powerful

The snare effect should be stronger then the snare-dd-spell, maybe 80-90%, so you maybe can safe someone who got an enemy on his ass, even he uses snarestyles on him.

The second effect should be something to use against casters, maybe a silence, so you can prevent someone from casting, even if moc is active.

I do not think this changes are to powerful, because the tick can not do anything else cause he has to channel this cast.
