Skald DMG add decreasing damage

The Style Damage of my Skald and my groupmates is being reduced when damage add is active.

Hitting faster reduces damage a bit. The damage add chant you are using has a 16% celerity built in, which you can see on the charplanner and on your buff bar in this video.

This is intended behaviour.
Amnesia is the best button in the game.
