Reflex on Zerk

Literally 0 evades in 22 reflex swings on an assassin over multiple fights, zerk was not hitting me directly. Do I have the unluckiest RNG ever, or are these attacks actually undefendable? Not to mention they're also auto crits up to 100% crit damage in zerk mode. Seems a little busted, but maybe that's just me. I do know that dual wield halves evade, but even still that's some really bad luck if not undefendable.
